FOUNDER DEVELOPMENT

Building the leader behind the company.

A company’s ability to grow is connected to the capacity of the entrepreneur leading it. We support the business—and the person responsible for building it.

THE INNER WORK OF BUILDING

The company grows. So does the responsibility.

Building a business asks more of a founder than a good idea and a strong work ethic.

As the company grows, the decisions become more consequential. The team needs more from its leader. Uncertainty does not disappear. Patterns around control, trust, money, conflict, and identity can begin to shape how the entire business operates.

Founder development creates space to notice those patterns, strengthen self-awareness, and respond with greater intention. It is not an alternative to business discipline. It supports the person responsible for carrying it.

TWO SIDES OF COMPANY BUILDING

Building outward. Growing inward.

01 / THE EXTERNAL WORK

Build the business.

Strategy, operations, financial planning, customers, team, capital strategy, and disciplined execution.

02 / THE INTERNAL WORK

Develop the leader.

Self-awareness, emotional capacity, resilience, decision-making, relationships, and the ability to hold complexity.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE PRACTICE

Learn more about Kristi

An entrepreneur’s approach to personal development.

Kristi began her entrepreneurial journey at 21 after earning her degree in business marketing. What drew her in was not only the opportunity to create a company, but the connection between business creation and personal growth.

That connection has remained central to her work. For more than two decades, she has studied personal development while continuing to deepen her understanding of business and marketing. Today, she is a conscious entrepreneur, creator, and coach.

Kristi describes business creation as a “dojo” for self-mastery: a place where the entrepreneur encounters the patterns, relationships, and inner capacities that influence what they can create in the world.

Her interest in nature and business systems brings another dimension to that perspective. A business is not simply a product and a profit-and-loss statement. It is an ecosystem of people, relationships, decisions, and consequences. The way it is led matters to everyone inside it.

Her work with entrepreneurs focuses on helping them expand their capacity to make an impact and build a legacy they are proud of.

THE FOUNDER-DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE

The Conscious
Creation Circle.

A space to develop the person leading the business.

The Conscious Creation Circle is the founder-development experience within the Creation Ventures ecosystem, developed and facilitated in partnership with Kristi Worful and The SANGA School of Transformational Arts and Sciences.

Its purpose is to help entrepreneurs develop the internal capacity required to lead meaningful companies. Alongside the practical work of building a business, it creates space to deepen self-awareness, understand personal patterns, strengthen resilience, and become more capable of holding the responsibility that accompanies growth.

What founders work on.

01

Self-awareness & leadership identity

Understand the assumptions, habits, and personal patterns that influence how you lead.

02

Capacity under pressure

Develop a more intentional relationship with uncertainty, responsibility, risk, and the demands of growth.

03

Communication & conflict

Recognize how you respond in difficult conversations and strengthen the relationships the company depends on.

04

Trust & delegation

Examine the need to control and develop the capacity to let other people own meaningful responsibility.

05

Decision-making

Notice what shapes your decisions so you can act with greater clarity and intention.

06

Purpose & impact

Connect the company you are building with the leader you want to become and the impact you want the business to have.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. REAL-WORLD ACCOUNTABILITY.

Grow inward.
Lead outward.

The Conscious Creation Circle complements Creation Ventures’ operational, financial, and strategic support. It does not replace it.

Founders remain responsible for their companies: staying close to customers, understanding the financial model, building the team, and making difficult decisions. The development work supports the entrepreneur who must become capable of carrying those responsibilities as the business grows.

“We are not only building the company. We are developing the person who must become capable of leading it.”

BUILD THE COMPANY. GROW INTO ITS LEADER.
